Seconds Policy

You never have to be too shy to ask for seconds with our Campus Dining Program.  Our generous policy allows for a second helping of many menu favorites.  All you have to do is ask!  Please note, however, that there are some exceptions to our Seconds Policy including: Steak nights or other special theme dinners where the main entrée is limited to one portion per person.

A Plan For You - Spring Valley

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2012-2013  academic year.  If you need to purchase a meal plan, or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, simply contact Mary McPhee at (970) 947-8225 or by email at mary.mcphee@sodexo.com.

 

 

 

Residential Meal Plans

A meal plan is equal to meals per week.  Due to the small cost difference between meal plans, we recommend that you choose the larger plan so that you don’t run out of meals.  Flex points  are a dollar value to be used at your campus coffee shop.

23 Meal Plan + $100 flex points

Allows you to dine every breakfast, lunch and dinner the cafeteria is
open and our late night meals Sunday - Wednesday. Recommended: This plan is the best value for your money and allows the student the freedom to eat without concern of running out of meals.
Price: $2040

19 Meal Plan + $100 flex points

Allows you to eat an average of two meals per day. Typically lunch and dinner the cafeteria is open.
Price: $1940

14 Meal Plan + $100 flex points

Allows you 14 out of 23 meals per week.
Price:  $1840

Block 10 - Save 15%

Any 10 All-You-Care-to-Eat Meals in our Resident Dining Room + $10 in Flex Dollars.
Price:  $65 +tax

 

Block 25 - Save 15%

Any 25 All-You-Care-to-Eat Meals in our Resident Dining Room + $25 in Flex Dollars.
Price:  $160 +tax

Notes: Voluntary meal plans are open to anyone not required to purchase a 14,19 or 23 meal plan. Plans can be purchased at any time during the semester.  Flex dollars can be used at the Eagle's Nest Cafe.
